Metallurgical Fire Great black metal. I really love this band. Favorite track: Wrathfully Trodden.

Nihilistless A great guitar tone buried in moderate hum and buzz stands out triumphantly meandering on "Pondering the Wastes".

The drumming throughout is primarily blast beat driven, has some nice fills and it's just a great piece of Black Metal. I'm not sure why they're not more popular.

The vocals are raw and burly enough to balance nicely and they are in the right place on the tracks, sort of intermixed with the guitar and drums at about the same level. Favorite track: Pondering the Wastes.

Meatbreak This is a pretty huge slab of temperate forest metal.

PSA: if there was an album you heard a couple years ago and thought it was ok, listen to it again and you might love it. That's what happened to me with this album. I cannot fathom why it didn't stick with me back then. Same thing happened with Decoherence's Unitarity for that matter. Matten
